Return & Refund Policy
At Crazy Neon Signs, every neon sign is carefully designed and produced according to the customer's requirements. Since our products are primarily custom-made and personalised, we follow the return and refund terms outlined below.
Custom & Personalised Products
Most of our neon signs are made specifically according to the customer's selected:
- Text or name
- Logo or artwork
- Size
- Colour
- Design
- Layout
- Specifications
Because these products are personalised, custom-made neon signs generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply due to a change of mind, incorrect personal preference or change in requirements after production has started.
Order Confirmation
Before production, customers are responsible for checking and confirming the design details provided for their order, including spelling, wording, dimensions, colours and other specifications.
Once a custom design has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Damaged Products
If your neon sign arrives damaged due to transportation, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us assess the issue, please provide:
- Order details
- Clear photographs of the package
- Clear photographs/videos of the damaged product
- A description of the issue
We will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Manufacturing Defects
If your neon sign has a manufacturing defect or an issue covered under the applicable warranty, please contact us with your order details and supporting photographs/videos.
After assessment, we may provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
Incorrect or Defective Product
If you receive a product that differs materially from the confirmed order specifications or has an eligible manufacturing defect, please notify us promptly.
After verification, the product may be repaired, replaced or otherwise resolved at the discretion of Crazy Neon Signs, subject to the applicable terms.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, replacements or refunds may not be applicable in cases involving:
- Change of mind after production
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Incorrect spelling or information approved by the customer
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Physical damage after delivery
- Unauthorised modification or repair
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unsuitable electrical connections or power fluctuations
- Failure to follow installation, operating or care instructions
Refunds
If a refund is approved, the refund process and amount will depend on the specific circumstances of the order.
For approved refunds, the amount will generally be processed using the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.
For custom orders, cancellation may not be possible once design approval, production, material procurement or manufacturing has commenced. Any eligible refund will be determined based on the stage of the order and applicable terms.
Replacement & Repair
Where appropriate, Crazy Neon Signs may offer repair or replacement instead of a refund, particularly in cases involving eligible manufacturing defects or transit damage.
The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and the condition of the product.
