Because many of our products are custom-made, the final product may vary slightly from digital previews due to factors such as material, manufacturing processes, screen settings and the nature of LED neon lighting.
2. Custom Orders
Customers may provide their own:
- Names and text
- Logos and brand artwork
- Quotes and messages
- Images or design references
- Preferred colours
- Size and layout requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate, including spelling, names, numbers, dimensions and other specifications.
Once a custom design has been approved, production may begin. Changes requested after approval or after production has started may not be possible and may result in additional charges.
3. Design Approval
Where a design proof or preview is provided, the customer should carefully review it before approving production.
Approval confirms acceptance of the displayed design details, including text, spelling, layout, colours and other agreed specifications.
Crazy Neon Signs will not be responsible for errors that were present in the approved design and were not reported before production.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices may vary depending on the design, size, materials, complexity, quantity, installation requirements and other project specifications.
The applicable price and payment terms will be communicated or displayed at the time of ordering.
An order may only proceed to production after the required payment or advance payment has been received, where applicable.
5. Production Time
Custom neon signs require production time based on the complexity and specifications of the order.
Estimated production timelines may vary depending on the product, order quantity, design approval and material availability.
Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be packaged and dispatched using an appropriate courier or logistics service.
Delivery times may vary based on the destination, courier operations, weather, holidays, transportation conditions and other circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Since custom neon signs are personalised products, returns or cancellations may not be accepted after production has started, except where required by applicable law or where an eligible issue is covered under our policies.

8. Warranty
Certain products may be covered by a limited warranty subject to the applicable warranty terms.
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modifications, physical damage, electrical issues, accidents, water exposure where the product is not designed for it, or other excluded circumstances.

9. Installation
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation location is suitable for the neon sign.
Installation should be carried out using appropriate mounting methods and electrical connections.
For larger, complex or commercial installations, professional installation may be recommended.
Crazy Neon Signs is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unauthorised modifications or unsuitable electrical connections.
10. Outdoor Use
Not every neon sign is designed for outdoor use.
Customers must confirm outdoor suitability before installing a product outside. Using an indoor-rated sign outdoors may result in damage and may affect applicable warranty coverage.
11. Customer-Provided Content
Customers may provide logos, photographs, artwork, names or other materials for customisation.
By submitting such content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use and reproduce the material for the requested purpose.
Crazy Neon Signs is not responsible for disputes arising from customer-provided content or intellectual property supplied by the customer.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, Crazy Neon Signs retains rights in its own original branding, website content, designs, graphics, photographs and other proprietary materials.
Customers retain ownership of their original trademarks, logos and other content that they provide, subject to the rights required to fulfil their order.
No website content, branding or original design created by Crazy Neon Signs may be copied, reproduced or commercially used without appropriate permission.
13. Product Photography & Colour Variation
Product photographs and digital previews are intended to provide a representation of the finished product.
Actual colours, brightness and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, display settings, ambient lighting and manufacturing characteristics.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the agreed design may not be considered defects.
